When you want to record a call you are making to another party, follow the simple process below. When finished, your recording will be stored securely on our website for you.

• Step 1
  
  Dial Toll Free 1 (877) 239-4713
• Step 2
  
  Enter your 5-digit Customer Number
• Step 3
  
  Press "1" to have us call the other party
• Step 4
  
  Enter the number of the other party
• Step 5
  
  Talk just like you normally do
• Step 6
  
  Hang up when finished

Recording an Incoming Call

When you want to record a call where someone else is calling you, follow the simple process below. When finished, your recording will be stored securely on our website for you.

• Step 1
  
  Answer the phone and ask the other party to hold
• Step 2
  
  Using 3-way calling, dial Toll Free 1 (877) 239-4713
• Step 3
  
  When prompted, enter your 5-digit Customer Number
• Step 4
  
  Press "2" to have us start the recording
• Step 5
  
  Using 3-way calling join the two calls
• Step 6
  
  Hang up when finished
